Mr. V.K Singh who is dealing the ESIC cases from last twenty two years. Most importantly, he also possessed the position of Standing Counsel of ESIC in Central Administrative Tribunal, Principle Bench Delhi and as well as in Delhi High Court. He has been working with the Corporation as an “Empanelled Lawyer” from last two decades which is more than enough time to gain the vast expertise in the subject matter- related to ESIC. After gaining the experience Mr. V.K Singh has recently resigned from the Organization and started taking cases comes under preview of ESI Act, 1948.

Mr. V.K Singh has representing the ESIC in all matters which includes which includes the Recovery of Contributions, Coverage of Units, Cases related to damages and interest, Medical Benefits under ESI, Act and all cases related to Employee-employer dispute under Section 75 of ESI, Act 1948. It also includes prosecution under section 85(g) under the ESI, Act 1948 etc.
